Joe Diffie is a multi-platinum-selling country artist who dominated the charts during a hot streak in the ’90’s. With chart-toppers like “Pickup Man,” “Third Rock From the Sun,” and “John Deere Green,” 13 albums and over 20 Top 10 singles to his credit, Diffie has little to prove at this point in his career, yet he still has a fire in his belly to make good country music.
A renowned songwriter in his own right, Diffie has hits for artists like Tim McGraw, Conway Twitty, and Jo Dee Messina to his credit, and has cuts on upcoming projects for “X Factor” winner Tate Stevens, Dylan Scott, and Tyler Farr among others. He is also hard at work on an album of brand new material, due out later this year on Bigger Picture Records.
Diffie has been a member of the Grand Ole Opry for over 20 years.
The Avey/Grouws Band hits hard with a soul for Blues, Rock and Roots/Americana.
Forming in January of 2017, the Avey/Grouws Band has already started a buzz with memorable performances at The Prairie Dog Blues Fest, The Mississippi Valley Blues Fest and by winning the 2017 Iowa Blues Challenge in September.
Hailing from the banks of the mighty Mississippi River, La Crosse, WI based singer-songwriter Andy Hughes has spent the last 20 years soaking up the music and culture around him to create his own words and music. For much of that time, Andy has been the front man and main songwriter for the successful Alternative Reggae/Ska band, TUGG. With TUGG, Andy has toured with The Wailers, The Dirty Heads, Passafire, and more. He’s played shows with Ziggy Marley, Sublime with Rome, Bad Religion, and The English Beat. All 5 of the band’s last releases made the Top 5 of iTunes and Amazon’s Reggae Charts.
Hughes, however, is a life-long fan of classic country music, especially, Johnny Cash. Other major song-writing inspirations include John Prine and Kris Kristofferson. With this new country-folk sound, Andy looks forward to traveling and sharing music from his debut “Heartland and Heartache” which was released in June of 2017.
